Incorrect information on credit report Account status Pennsylvania

Equifax is currently reporting - closed student loans on my credit file from US DEPARTMENT OF EDUCATION. Both loans are older than 7 years and are still reporting on my credit file. The accounts were paid and closed -/-/-. I looked at my credit report today and at the payment history and Equifax is reporting the loans as CA ( Collection Account ) for -/-/- and -/-/- - the account was paid and closed in -/-/- so how is it being reported as collection account in -/-/-? i also noticed that i was reported as 120 days past due for -/-/- and -/-/-! These accounts were paid and closed in -/-/-! How are you reporting current data on a closed account that has been closed for 3 years!
