Non-federal student loan Dealing with my lender or servicer Trouble with how payments are handled Florida

ECMC became the servicer of my student loans after, I unfortunately defaulted on my loans, which I am not able to understand, as I did not -, yet someone received monies for studies in did not complete. Initially, - was the collection agency " servicing " the loan, but after I became eligible for the income based program through -, - removed the accounts from my credit reports, however ECMC refuses to remove the negative items, but showing a - balnce, but still reporting negatively, even after I have asked them more than once to remove them. These items are affecting my life hugely in a very negatively profound manner
