Payday loan Charged fees or interest I didn't expect Charged fees or interest I didn't expect North Carolina

We received a $700.00 loan in -/-/- from Big Picture Loans. We were told on a recorded phone call that our total repayment including principal, interest and fees would be less than $1000.00. They said this would be the amount repaid if we repaid the loan within 3 months and called 3 days before the due date of the - of the month and made payments of more than minimum due. On -/-/- I made arrangements to pay $500.00 on -/-/-. I just called today ( -/-/- ) to make the payoff amount on -/-/- which should have been less than $500.00. We were told the total payoff amt was $820.00. I spoke with - in the disputes Dept and she made arrangements for us to pay $500.00 on - and a contested amount of $320.00 on -/-/-. This will make our payments all within the stated 90 days, however, Big Picture Loans is charging us over $320.00 to pay off the loan from what we were quoted when we obtained the Ioan. We are paying the $320.00 because this company is obviously a scam and we do not want to do further business with them. However, we would like to file a dispute/complaint to have the over $320.00 returned to us and have the account paid.
