Checking account Problems caused by my funds being low District of Columbia
I mistakenly submitted 4 transactions to my bank account which were denied after my job delayed an expense reimbursement. Not only did they charge me excessive overdraft and finance fees 14 times ( as of now ) for the 4 charges, they would then attempt to withdraw the charge again, causing overdraft and finance fees to multiply. This occurred with a - credit charge of -, a student loan of $160.00 on -/-/-, - of $61.00 on -/-/- and $9.00 on -/-/-. This is predatory and it caused a downward spiral that I was just able to get out of. Had I not had the resources to climb out, I could have been bankrupted.
