Chase bank for - card charged me late fees due to me not paying them before -. I never had a problem paying them via over the phone with their automative phone service. They just recently started charging me late fees. I told them that I am on - time. They told me they did n't care and charged me anyway. They went up on my interest rate every month except for - and - and -.
