My home mortgage loan was originally opened with Gotmortgage.com. in about -/-/- or -/-/- I received a letter from Amerihome Mortgage informing me that they have taken over my mortgage. I never received any notice from -. By the time I received notice from Amerihome I had already mailed my -/-/- mortgage payment to my previous mortgage servicer - who immediately cashed my payment. This issue damaged my credit. Amerihome promised that once payment was received they would immediately corrected my credit report based on the fact that this is completely not my fault. It took nearly 4 months however I finally got a hold of someone at - who immediately forwarded payment to Amerihome which should have ended the issue however Amerihome has not corrected my credit and they 've given me nothing but excuses.
