Payday loan Charged fees or interest I didn't expect Charged fees or interest I didn't expect Ohio

I received a mail from Mobiloans that I was prequalified for $1000.00 loan. I applied for the loan and was charged $100.00 which brought the loan to the total amount of $1100.00. I was never told that I will be paying $95.00 financial in each billing circle. my payments are schedule bi-weekly some times in the amount of $150.00 or $140.00. All I thought the $100.00 added to the original loan was fixed but not knowing $95.00 will be added in every billing circle.
