Credit reporting company's investigation No notice of investigation status/result Michigan

The creditor did not verify this debt per FCRA rules within 30 days after receiving notice. I asked for verification and their balance reported to the bureau differs from what they claimed I owe. Without validation of the debt as per FCRA, they went on to report despite numerous letters to them. I have attached all relevant documentation.
