JPMorgan Chase & Co. Credit card department,

Identity theft / Fraud / Embezzlement Florida

Someone fraudulently applied to Amazon/Chase Bank for a credit card against my Chase account. On -/-/- Chase ran a credit check, then approved an Amazon Visa credit card. - notified me of the credit check. I called Chase,, they deleted the card before any charges were accepted. The only personal data breach I can recall is the - issue regarding - accounts that they reported compromised some months ago.
