I had an issue with my insurance company in lat - and early -. I had - bills that were not paid and were sent to collection. I communicated with Armada and let them know the insurance would be paying. In the process of me getting it all worked out they started trying to garnish my wages. The insurance company did pay most of the debt in febuary directly to the hospital and I did not hear from Armada again until -. Now they have added more interest, more legal fees and have not taken the bills of that were paid or reduced the ones that were partially paid. I contacted - at Armada in - Washington and she refused to help me. She stated that I am responsible for the amount and the interest and she refused to help me. - has a personal problem with me and said they have legal documents and would not help me. Armada also has attempted to collect this in the past and they know because of my child support garnishment they are unable to garnish my wages. She is doing this now just to rack up fees on the account and she well knows my situation from the last time before the insurance paid the bills. I was also not notified by the original creditor or armada about any remaining balance and Armada does not want to acknowledge the bills were paid by insurance. This company is know locally for dishonest tactics and now will not even answer my phone calls. Armada has also falsely reported the collection on my credit report causing my score to drop and affecting the interest rate of my last loan.
