I 'm receiving collection notices from - - - -, for debt for a Macy 's account which was fully paid. The debt appears to be late fees and interest charges, not charges purchases. I tried to resolve the issue with Macy 's over a year ago but they transferred the account to a collection agency and I 've been receiving notices despite several attempts to clear the account.
