Non-federal student loan Can't repay my loan Can't get flexible payment options Louisiana

I was forced into a loan situation using Peaks Loans instead of the - loans i wanted to use while attending -. I would like to get out of these loans but i can not get a loan to consolidate the payments at a lower rate than the 11 % i am being charged now. This company has alos reported that my loans were past due at times that they were n't and would randomly report that i was 90 days past due and then the next month state that i was current. This would bounce around like this for a while and i could not get anyone to discuss with me about the amounts and why they were the way they were.
