I made a $700.00 deposit to 5/3 Bank in - NC on -/-/2016 at - using the night deposit. When I checked my account at - that evening they had not credited my deposit. Yet, they had charged me an overdraft fee at -. My car payment will be drafted out tonight so it will bounce and I will be charged yet another fee. When I called customer service, the lady suggested I go to the branch. I am sorry, but I am not taking off work when they should be checking the night deposit daily. They need to refund these charges and write a bank error letter to my car payment company.
