JPMorgan Chase & Co. Credit Card Complaint

Billing statement

JPMorgan Chase & Co. Credit card department,

Billing statement New York

I do n't understand why the credit card can compute my interest based on a 28 day basis? It should be at least 30 days at least, the average number of days in a month. That would provide a fair chance for consumers to pay within a usual pay period. When you compute it before the 30 days are finished you are penalizing the consumer for not paying when they are very unlikely to have received another paycheck to make the payment.
