Incorrect information on credit report Account status Montana

In - of 2016 My wife and I went to a car dealership to test drive a - - pick up truck. After driving the truck we went into see if we could get financing. We looked for financing through the dealership. They pulled - hard inquires on our credit. We were told that it would n't hurt our credit and that there would only be - hard inquire. They also pulled credit on my wife as well. Now all of those inquires are showing up on her credit too.
