-/-/2016. My second partial payment was electronically transferred to SLS on -/-/2016, two ( 2 ) days before the grace period expires. SLS not only charged me a late fee, it has now reported my payment as late to the credit reporting agencies, negatively impacting my credit. This appears to be a violation of Regulation Z, which requires that a periodic payment be credited upon receipt. This is not happening on a routine basis.
