I opened an account with care credit. I did n't receive a statement until - months later, so I did not even have an account number. They 've started calling me several times a day, morning and night. It is harassment and I would like to file a complaint. I have no way of getting the account number until they sent it to me but I did n't even have a chance to pay the bill before they started the harassment.
