ERC Debt Collection Complaint

ERC ( Enhanced Recovery Company ) has sent me 2 notices with 2 different reference numbers claiming I owe a debt from over 3 years ago to -. I sent them a letter disputing the validity of the debt - -, 2016 but received another notice - -. They did not send any verification of this debt with the new notice and are threatening to report me to national credit bureaus. This is a fraudulent claim. I do not have access to the first notice because I just moved, but I have attached the 2nd one.
