I have been contacting Transunion for over 2 months disputing the exact same inquiries that I did not authorize. So finally, today, -/-/2016, after being extremely fed up that this credit bureau continues to send me the exact same inquiries that continue to be disputed from several months back. I called Transunion and I could see why no disputes can be processed logically with common sense. # 1, it sounded like I called -. Secondly, the first representative I spoke with named - told me I need to call the companies that pulled my credit and have them send me a letter to provide to Transunion. I advised - that I was talking to him on a recorded line and that I already called the companies who are listed in the Inquiry section and they advised me to contact the credit bureaus. When I advised - this, he told me again, I would need a letter from each company who is listed in my inquiries section. He then went on to tell me once the companies give me that letter, then they can go thru the process. So basically, the companies listed on my inquiries who have told me to


conduct an investigation and re-contact those same companies and verify that I did not authorize this. I was advised by - they were not going to do that. And unless each company who pulled my credit and left an unauthorized inquiry provides me with a letter, the unauthorized inquiries will remain on my credit file. When I advised the rep, - that I would be informing the FTC, he continued to be nice nasty polite as he continued to show refusal of doing his job. Really, what purpose does Transunion serve if they are relying on companies, who did not distribute a good or service, but conducted an unauthorized inquiry on my credit report, to now do their jobs? Really? If this is the case, Transunion is not needed as a credit agency. The consumers can monitor and do their own investigations for their own credit reports. I have already done all of the investigation work for Transunion in the past. I have been assisting them for years in providing evidence that has assisted them from doing any work on their end. Now, my job as the consumer is to now rely on non credit reporting agencies to assist me to do Transunions job? This is insane! This negligence and irresponsibility on their parts needs to end. Please educate these unclear - speaker of FTC & FDCPA laws. I will never invest in any Transunion credit monitoring monthly service promotion, due to the fact this agency can not take the initiative to properly investigate cases where the evidence is clear and simple in front of them! Bottom line the inquiries I have been contacting them about for over 2 months, I did not authorize, therefore, they have to be removed! If I did not authorize it, I will not continue to look at them on my credit report.
