He told me my account would be back open by - - and if it were n't to give them a call back. He also stated that my account should be back current because I should n't be responsible for unauthorized use. He said he read all my notes and can honestly tell me that I should n't have to go through this and that nothing was my fault. His name was - and his -. Besides that, I called - -, 2016 and my account was n't open still and apparently the rep I spoke with told me I had to reapply which is extremely unfair by the way.
