After cancelling my - - in - of 2016, I received a preloaded visa debit card with a refund of - on it. Enclosed with this card was information on having the moneys transferred to my bank ( - - - ). I filled out the form for Citi Bank and requested them to transfer the moneys, these moneys have never to date made it too my account. I was given a case # by - -. I have contacted Citi bank several times in the last six months and all I am told is that the funds where sent and this case is closed and I should contact my bank. I have contacted - and they told me today finally to call back Citi and ask them for the - # and the ACH tracing # and the Settlement Date. Today -/-/2016 I did contact Citi for this information and was told by them that there was no - # or ACH information for this Visa account ( card - ). I was also told that if the moneys did not get to my - account that the card would automatically be put back on the card. That is

I have tried diligently to explain too Citi that I made this mistake and request them to investigate and either reload the card or issue a new card with the money due me -, They have done absolutely nothing and are at this point just giving me the run around. I did also make certain that Citi had the correct routing number -. I am very frustrated to this point and would respectfully request your support and help in this matter. I feel that although this is my error for not getting my bank number correct, this is still money owed me and in fact with this information that I have supplied Citi it should be a fairly easy problem to correct. I believe that Citi just plain does not want to do what is the correct thing and make certain that I receive the moneys due. Sincerely and Respectfully - - - - - - - -, Co - tele : -.
