A charged off item from credit - bank was reported on my credit. The item was sold to midland credit management and they in turn got lawyers. I got lawyers from the fair trading commission and the item was litigated and settled. MCM removed the item as was asked to. However transunion has now relisted the item from credit - on my account giving it another - yrs until removal and it was already listed for -. I did not initiate this as this was instruction from the lawyers. How is this fair for me? That is the reason my credit score did not move and even went down by - point by transunion. This is victimization of the public by a credit reporting bureau.
