I have tried repeatedly to add my debit card to an American Express Serve card. An error message appears that there are technical difficulties, and to try again. Have tried repeatedly, contacted tech support, " Supervisor '' -, in some third-world country, became combative, belligerent, and hung up during the call. Address has not changed. American Express refuses to acknowledge technical issues. I want American Express to change its policy about the Serve account to accept a PO Box as a legitimate address, and to allow ANY AND ALL DEBIT CARDS, REGARDLESS OF ADDRESS, TO BE ADDED AS A FUNDING SOURCE.
