Incorrect information on credit report Account status Arizona

I transferred a balance to this - card in - of 2016. Once it was there I transferred it to another institution, this allowed me to get a fixed rate of 5.99 % for the life of the balance. As soon as the balance hit the - account, I transferred it to the final card account. That transfer cleared - on - -, 2016. At that point there was a bit of interest accrued for sitting there, so I submitted a payment of the remaining balance, which cleared - on the - of -, bringing my balance to $0.00. There was no way in the - online system to get a payoff balance for the card, so the only amount I had was the current amount due to bring it to $0.00, which I paid. I subsequently closed the account with - and had $0.00 balances on anything remaining at -. I received electronic statements as well. Apparently - charged me interest in -, since my accounts were at $0.00 and I had electronic statements, I actually did n't realize I had been charged this incorrectly on my account. I did receive a physical statement in -, after the amount


finally credited my account of the incorrect charge and brought it to a zero balance. I filed a dispute with - in - to have the credit reporting fixed, which was denied by -. They beleive they are reporting it correctly, which they are not, and - refunding the amount should make this clear that it was through no fault of my own. The total charge was around $4.00, which is disputed. I asked - to fix my credit report, they did not. I escalated it, and - still refused to fix my credit report, or unreport the disputed amount with the credit agencies. This is my last resort, as this error by - has cost my FICO score about - points over the last 3 months. Please advise on how I can get - to correct this issue. Thanks, - -
