Incorrect information on credit report Reinserted previously deleted info Texas

I have several accounts the equifax worker deleted that was active on my account so since they deleted it off my credit profile equifax blocking it from reporting i sent all letters from creditors to them stating that they are reporting to all - bureaus and equifax still fail to add -, - - -, - bank, i need help getting these items
