**FYI I will keep filing complaints until google fixes my issue** My nephew used my account to make purchases ( he is a minor ) google refuses to refund what was charged. Google referred me to a developer and the developer said google MUST and needs to refund these charges. Google refuses to accept responsibility and refuses to refund charges that have been made.
