Credit reporting company's investigation Problem with statement of dispute Ohio

1 ) i notified Experian that on -/-/2016 i sent - - - a certify letter disputing my account it was delivered an as indicated in the ( FDCPA 807 ( A ) ) the creditor has 30 days to put a remark that i have disputed the account which they have not done and its still being reported by experian has not removed the report i sent 2 more letter to - - - to the same add as the first letter but this time they not accept them. This is affecting my current process for a job with customs. and i also requested that experian remove some hard inquiry that i have not authorized and they said they can not removed them i hope you can assist m with this situation. i will include copies of the certified receipts and returned letters.
