I requested a credit card from - on - - 2016. TransUnion, credit reporting agency deducted - points from my credit score. I called TransUnion but the Supervisor would not give me any information why - - points were deducted instead normal - to - points for hard inquiry. I filed a dispute to TransUnion on - - 2016 but I have not received a response.
