I signed up in 2014 for a secured credit card and placed $1000.00 up for colleteral. At that time I was told I would be switched to a unsecured card after 12 months of good payment history.It is now been a little over 2 years and have n't seen any change in that status.I was also told after a banker called the credit card office that it is periodically reviewed.I feel I was lied to on several occasion, being the first, which has been I havent - converted as well I dont see on any of my reports were I have been reviewed by wells fargo for consideration in the unsecured card.I have over outstanding payment history with my bank as a card holder and bank account owner as well.I do feel valued as a true customer and dont being lied too.I do understand they take other things in consideration upon review as well, but the main concern should be my good business with the bank.Why bother putting money into a bank and the bank isnt willing to take a small risk with me as a customer.My report will show I have not had any missed payments on any accounts over 5 years or so and will show a lot of inquiries which arent not mine, but I being penalized for them, not your fault, I do have - open accounts in good standing and a lot closed in good standing as well as good personal loan payments and auto.
