I recently obtained a new lease loan with US Bank. They do not report to consumers what the payment amount is, when it is due or the loan balance. They said they will only report the payment amount and due date ON the date its due. So I will never know what balance is due to be paid until -/-/- when they expect payment. They also do not allow online bill pay unless you bank with them. They refuse to accept repeat payments unless you bank with them. They do not enable customers to make ongoing payments, they force you to manually enter your routing and account number every time you want to remit a payment. They only allow customers to make a payment to be drafted the same day, they refuse future/ongoing payment ( s ). Finally, when a payment does not process correctly, they do not maintain the account information entered. Therefore, they can not determine where the error took place, their banking institution or the consumers. This seems to be very shady practices not allowing me to access payment amounts until the very day it is due.
