I do not know Disclosure verification of debt Right to dispute notice not received South Carolina
This company never sent me a notice of right to dispute at all. I sent a debt validation request asking for information and they have yet to respond. They even pursued to report the debt to - and had not yet validated the debt with me during this 30 day period. This is a violation of the FDCPA. I will seek legal ground if this is not stopped.
