I was less than a week late for my car payment, it was repossessed without even a call to resolve first. When I called to see if it had been repossessed or stolen, I was told they would no longer do business with me and there was no possibility of getting my car back. Bridgecrest then told me I may or may not even be allowed to get my car seats back because it was n't my car anymore.
