Unable to get credit report/credit score Problem getting report or credit score Ohio

I had transunion for 2 years and there was - time I went to the bank to get a credit card. I had looked up my credit score on transunion they said it was in the - range so I went and applied for a credit card. Bank calls me back and tells me that my score is a - which is too low for them but more alarming is that the difference of - points and now because of that I have a bad hit on my credit for getting denied. Complained to transunion they said they could n't and would n't do anything about it.
