(CD) Certificate of deposit Account opening, closing, or management New Hampshire

On -/-/16 I deposited - by wire transfer to Sallie Mae for a one year cd. On -/-/16 I received an email which said my statement was available. copy attached. They gave me no previous warning that they were imposing onerous conditions on me that were unnecessary since they had my money. I then told them I did n't want to do business with them and to refund my money. they propose to charge me a fee that they call early withdrawal. and I feel is wrong and due to their fumbling.
