A few weeks ago a collection agent called my - year old mother upsetting her looking for me about an emergency case and left a number. I called back and a lady said I was being sued for - account from 2008. I told her to stop calling this was way past 7 years old. Two days ago I was notified by credit karma that a collection account was put on my credit report. I called number on my collection account and spoke with -. He emailed me a letter of collection but claimed he did n't have original creditor info.
