1. I am making payments on my mortgage every 2 weeks before the payment is due and the bank is not reducing the principal until the second payment is reached. 2. I contacted the bank and they say they do not apply partial payments, however the payment is being paid before the due date 3. I spoke with - - says I do n't have to pay that way if I do n't like it
