I submitted a compliant to the -, Equifax and - Bureau regarding the different variation of my name, old phone numbers, old addresses and old employer removed from my credit report. However they have added old address to my report. My request was received by the bureau on -/-/- & -/-/-, I also submitted prove of my address and legal name and they have not removed the variations of my name, the old address or old employer from my report. I have attached my SSN proof of my address and phone number.
