This company is making it impossible to repay my loan. There are no options for payment that do not result in additional charges. Trying to make a payment by phone, only open from - to - mon - Fri. Wanting to pay online is a percent, costing $17.00 or more in fees. Pay by check is a $2.00 fee. Auto withdrawal is n't working and they charge a $20.00 late fee. This is robbery. The interest is bad enough, but the inability to pay without extra fees is ridiculous.
