Instead he referred us to the companies website. Upon this conversation, we requested that they cease all collections attempt and to stop the foreclosure process as they have failed to provide the proper documents to justify their actions. I have repeatedly requested that they provide proof of debt and they have failed to do so. This collection company is attempting to foreclose on my property without providing legal documents.
