- - - submitted a Move Out Statement of charges upon vacating a leased property. The amount was disputed on -/-/16 and the Property Manager responded that she would investigate and follow up. I sent another message on -/-/16 and did not receive any response. On -/-/16, I received a call from ProCollect Collections due to the outstanding debt amount. The initial dispute was never resolved before the property owner sent to collections.
