My bank this morning dispersed $ -.from my bank account, without my permission. They made a $2500.00. wire transfer payment on a bill with a balance of $150.00. The recipient/- knew the payment was in error and has voided the check.Bank of the West Type to enter text is doing nothing to restore that money to my bank account, leaving me overdrawn several thousand dollars! After many hours investigating what could possibly have happened, I believe was caused by an error Bank of the West processing center. The Bank is doing nothing to help me even though I notified them at - of the problem. Their Customer Service keeps wanting to make it my fault! My account is now overdrawn several thousand dollars and I can not pay my bills withdraw any money!. Type to enter text
