I have a collection that is on my credit report with a $0.00 with First Source Advantage and when I called to ask them to remove it, they stated that they have no accounts for me under my name or my social. No one there could give me an answer as to what this collection pertains to and who I could speak to to have it removed as there was no account they could locate to help me with my situation.
