Bank of America Credit Card Complaint

-/-/2015 both Bank of America and - credit card balances were paid off by - company in which I am paying them off in the form of a loan. The payments to the banks were considered a charge off and - balances exist on both banks yet they are still leaving negative comments on -, -, and - credit report bureaus. Because of the negative comments I am unable to get a loan or open a line of credit with my bank. I am requesting that the negative comments be removed from my credit reports since a settlement with both banks was commenced on -/-/2015.
