wells fargo is under scrutiny now. back in summer i was promised on uly 1 interest on my card - to be credited it was not now i closed it and i will not pay the interest. i am tired of the greed lies and poor resolution of this bank. all the dumb calls emails leading nowhere its long overdue for accountabillity not paying - dollars also on my business accouint ending - it was closed without my permission AFTER waivers were promised that never came so i did not use the account. wells fargo spends a lot of money paying people to do nothing or send dumb emails and scripts but no hep. resolve both please. i am tired of this horrible treatment, wasting my time etc. and lies i had an account opened without my permission too i will be reporting. SHAME on you. i never gave permission to close business account nor was it appropriate to do so
