Unable to get credit report/credit score Problem getting report or credit score Florida

I attempted to dispute something on my credit report with Experian online. They made it yet especially difficult for me to dispute online. Each time I attempted to dispute online, I was advised I needed to mail a copy of my ID and other form of ID to them simply to file a dispute. Also, I wanted to permanently remove a security freeze on my credit report again this was difficult as I had to provide a time frame for which it could be replaced back onto my credit file. I wanted it permanently removed Credit reporting companies know what they are doing and simply take advantage of consumers and make things so difficult for people these days. I also have - - - accounts I never initiated or applied for on my credit with Experian. The other - bureaus have thus removed this from ny credit report but Experian has not done so and I do n't understand as to why. These are my grandmothers accounts and are not mine.
