Conventional fixed mortgage Credit decision / Underwriting Arizona

Wells Fargo Home Mortgage is incorrectly reporting an account on my credit report. My account was closed in - and for some reason Wells Fargo reported to - in - which is voiding the item from falling off the - bureau by statue. I contacted Wells Fargo and they told me my file was archived and they could not verify information or help. This reporting is in violation of fair credit reporting practices and also preventing me from obtaining a new home loan.
