Installment loan Problems when you are unable to pay Georgia

when wells fargo took over wachovia. a line of credit was used. we had just declared bankruptcy. so this makes zero sense if we were not going to pay them taking the - withdrawals out a month before. and included it in bankruptcy .... they [ wells fargo could produce nothing showing us we opened this account. I even went to their fraud dept. we were harassed and had neg info placed on our credit. we finally paid it during a divorce. this was fraud against us. they kept renewing the debt my conning me to make a payment this went on for 10 yrs
