I complained about BB and T putting an unauthorized hard copy on my credit report without my authorization. - is the complaint number. I never received a satisfactory response on this complaint. I asked for the inquiry to be removed from my credit as it caused my credit score to drop by - points. They told me they had the authority to run a credit report on me since there was " signage '' in the bank. I never saw any signs. I have had a checking account with them since 2008 and took a cashiers check to be put into a savings account to be linked to my checking account. I was not applying for credit although they tried to give me overdraft banking and a credit card. I never asked for any of these and refused. They obviously pulled my credit in order to attempt to cross sell me products that I did not want.
