-/-/16 Western Union - - Contacted WU for refund MANY times as this transfer was rejected by the Bank - -. Many times WU said this $ would b back in my account within 48 hours, but it has never been refunded. On the -, they asked for my bank deposit records from - - to present to be sent to -- so that they could confirm that I have not received the refund. Was told we would b contacted within 48 hours. No contact, no refund. Today, I just resent my bank deposit info and letter to -- and they sent back that this is registered as case # -
