Elan Fin Svs, Open an account in my name for $1700.00 and said I paid them $80.00 to open the account. I do not know anything about this account. I need some help with this problem, this is causing me trouble with my credit report. I think this was done on purpose the hurt peoples credit. How can someone open an account in your name without your permission?
